- FiberLok ships samples for evaluation which can be specifically selected samples according to customer request (like: BREWERY pocket-size).
- If you like the samples then you send a vector artwork file to FiberLok.
- We send you a digital proof and price quote based on graphics technology, design size and style, quantity, and number of colors.
- You order pre-production approval samples or waive this step.
- Upon approval, production order is placed.

Since such high durability quality is already engineered into all FiberLok graphics technologies, in most cases only the heat press application process needs to be checked for quality control assurance.
While all FiberLok graphics products are warranted to maintain shelf life for one year, in reality we have never seen products “expire” or lose their efficacy.

Lextra Heat Transfers and TackleKnit Heat Transfers have been successfully tested by an outside lab in accordance with Section 8.2.1 of ASTM F1959/F1959M-14 Standard Test Method for Determining the Arc Rating of Materials for Clothing and AATCC Test Method 135-15, Procedure 3, IV, Aiii. FR testing is dependent on each individual garment and logo combination and it is therefore required to be performed on each specific combination. If you desire FR compliance, we recommend that you request samples of our product, apply to your intended garment and perform FR testing on the entire garment.
